SHIPPING POLICY

At Georgina Chavez, each order is managed according to the made-to-order nature of our garments and the timelines indicated on each product page.

Production and Preparation

  • Each garment has its own preparation time, which is specified individually on the product page.

  • Preparation times are estimated and may vary depending on the model, materials, and season.

  • No order is shipped before 7 business days.

Shipping and Transit Times

  • Once the order has been prepared and confirmed as ready for shipment, the estimated transit time is 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

  • This timeframe refers only to shipping time, not preparation time.

  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

Immediate Shipping / Immediate Delivery

Some specific garments are available for immediate shipping or delivery.

  • This option applies only to products clearly marked as “immediate shipping.”

  • These orders are shipped within an estimated 3 to 7 business days.

Orders with Different Processing Times

If an order includes garments with different preparation times or shipping modalities, the entire order will be shipped together once all garments are ready.

We do not ship partial orders.

International Shipping and Customs

  • Georgina Chavez does not cover import taxes, duties, customs charges, or local taxes applicable to international shipments.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

In some cases, the courier or customs authorities may request additional information (identification, tax information, or other documentation).

Failure to respond may result in delays, package retention, or return of the shipment, which will not qualify for a refund.

Incorrect Address and Returned Orders

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.

  • We are not responsible for incidents resulting from:

    • Incorrect address

    • Absence at the delivery address

    • Rejection of the package

Returned Orders

  • If an order is returned due to reasons attributable to the customer, no refund will apply.

  • To resend the order, the customer must cover the cost of the second delivery attempt.

We will assist with shipment tracking, without this implying any refund.
