PURCHASE AND REFUND POLICY

At Georgina Chavez, we operate under a made-to-order and artisanal production model.

Due to the nature of our garments, we ask that you carefully read this policy before making your purchase.

Final Sales

Because all garments are made to order and produced in limited runs, all sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds.

  • No exchanges for size, model, or color are allowed.

  • We do not perform adjustments of any kind.

  • Once payment has been confirmed and the production process has started, order modifications are not accepted.

We recommend reviewing the product description, size guide, and delivery timelines before purchasing.

Pre-Orders and Promotions

Purchases made through pre-orders, as well as those made during sales, clearance events, or using promotional codes, are final sales.

No exchanges, cancellations, or refunds apply.

Sizes and Adjustments

  • Size consultation is for guidance purposes only.

  • The final size selection is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Because all garments are made to order, size exchanges or adjustments are not available afterward.

  • Any modification performed by third parties voids any possibility of a claim.

Artisan Variations

Since our garments are handcrafted, slight variations in color, embroidery, texture, or finishing details may occur compared to the images shown.

Colors may also vary depending on the device or screen used.

These variations are not considered defects.

Manufacturing Defects

If a garment presents a manufacturing defect, only a replacement or an equivalent solution will be offered, subject to evaluation.
