Update to Our Custom-Made Service

As part of our restructuring and efforts to improve customer service, we would like to inform you that:
✂️ We will no longer offer custom-made garments
All our products will now be available only in standard sizes, based on our official size chart, which you can find on our platforms.
👗 Available Sizes:
Sizes 4 to 16
🌟 Special Sizes:
Sizes such as 0, 2, XL, XXL or above will only be available by special request and with prior notice.
This change will allow us to optimize delivery times, offer more accessible collections, and maintain the quality that sets us apart.

Garment Changes and Adjustments
Dear customer,
Our commitment to you is to work with transparency and responsibility so that you receive exactly what you selected. For this reason, it’s very important to keep the following in mind before placing your order:

Once your order is confirmed, no modifications to these features will be possible.
📏 Regarding your size:
We recommend taking your measurements carefully and selecting the correct size according to our size chart.
Once the garment has been delivered, we do not offer any adjustments or alterations. If you’re unsure about sizing, contact us via WhatsApp — we’ll gladly help you choose the best option for you.
🧵 What if the item has a defect?
If your item has a manufacturing defect or unusual wear, please reach out to our customer service channel. Our team will review your case to offer an appropriate solution.

Purchase, Appointment, and Refund Policies
At Georgina Chavez, we are committed to offering a special and professional experience at every step. These policies reflect our commitment to transparency and continuous improvement.
1. Appointments and Dress Fittings
Book in Advance
Punctuality & Guests
Punctuality is essential to offer quality service.
Appointments are limited to one guest per customer.
Purpose of the Appointment

Advice on measurements and sizing

Review of available styles
We do not offer custom tailoring, design alterations, or made-to-measure dresses.
Appointment Duration
Each appointment lasts a maximum of 30 minutes.
Second Appointment & Final Fitting
The second appointment is for order pickup.
For bridal or evening dresses, a final fitting will be scheduled.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policies
Full Refund
A full refund will only be issued under the following circumstance:

Inappropriate behavior: If a customer behaves rudely, arrogantly, or threatens our team, we reserve the right to cancel the order and suspend the service.
Partial Refunds

Requests after the purchase month: If requested after the purchase month, only 80% of the total may be refunded.

Orders already in production: If the item is already being made, a partial refund is no longer applicable due to resource investment.

Orders with multiple items: If one or more garments have been delivered, only the pending item will be eligible for a refund.
⚠️ Important:
We do not issue refunds due to changes of mind, size, color, or style once the production process has begun.
No Refunds on Discounted Purchases
Purchases made during promotions, sales, or with discounts are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Cancellation Policy (Bridal Gowns Only)
Cancellations apply only to bridal gowns and only if the wedding has been officially cancelled.
You must notify us formally and meet the previously described requirements.
Refunds will be issued as a store credit (gift card) valid for one year.

DEFECTS
If your garment is damaged or has a defect, we may offer a replacement.
Please email ventas@georginachavez.com with your order number and photos so we can evaluate your case.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We do not accept custom orders.
If any change or special request is made that is not listed on our website, no changes or returns will be accepted.
SHIPPING
Standard Shipping / Immediate Delivery
Takes 5 to 7 business days to be shipped.

Georgina Chavez is not responsible for any international customs taxes or duties.

We are not liable for shipping issues, such as incorrect address, no one present at delivery, or incorrect contact numbers.

Express or urgent shipments carry an extra charge.
⏱ Shipping Times
During high season, or during sales/promotions, the production and shipping times may increase.

In some cases, we may need additional information to fully understand and resolve your concern. To facilitate the process, the user agrees to provide accurate measurements and relevant photos related to the product or service.
All measurements and photos provided will be used exclusively to assess and resolve the concern. We guarantee the confidentiality and security of this information in accordance with our privacy policy.
🚫 Discount codes do not apply to purchases made during sales, promotions, clearances, or with gift cards.

a. Users are responsible for providing accurate measurements and clear, relevant photographs that help identify and resolve the issue.
b. Failure to provide this may affect our ability to resolve the case effectively.
Resolution Process
a. Our customer service team will carefully review the submitted measurements and photos.
b. We will do our best to resolve the issue fairly and in a timely manner and take any necessary steps to ensure customer satisfaction.
