ADJUSTMENTS AND CHANGES
- You have 7 days after receiving your order for any clarification or change.
- If there are changes to standard sizes , a fee is charged for size changes and customer errors of $250 or more depending on the fit + shipping.
- There are no changes in the measurements or sizes entered when placing the order, we suggest you be advised by us or by a seamstress to take them.
- There are no changes to custom parts
- There are no changes in international orders
- There are no changes in evening dresses
- If the item to be exchanged has signs of having been used, there will be no exchange.
- Changes take approximately 3 weeks to be made from the time the item is received and the changes/payments are finalized with the client.
- Changes are returned in their original packaging
- Clearance items cannot be exchanged.
- Estimated times increase after you make a change
- There are no changes or returns on mystery boxes
- In the preowned section there are no changes or returns
EACH PIECE IS HANDMADE, THEREFORE, IT IS UNIQUE AND MAY VARY.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
- We do not cancel orders after payment is processed under any circumstances.

DEFECTS
If a garment is damaged or has a defect, we can offer you an exchange. Write to: cambios@georginachavez.com so they can evaluate your case with your order number and photos.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We do not make custom orders. If any changes or special orders are made that are not listed on the website, there are no changes or returns.
SHIPPING
- EXPRESS SHIPPING takes 5 to 7 business days from the estimated date listed on the page
- IMMEDIATE SHIPPING/DELIVERY takes 1 to 2 business days to ship
- Georgina Chavez does not cover taxes that may be charged on international shipments
- We are not responsible for deliveries made by parcel service, i.e. if the address is incorrect, there was no one at home or the contact numbers are incorrect.
- Express/urgent shipments have an extra cost
SHIPPING TIMES
The date that appears when generating the order is an estimated date, each item has its own time and can vary from 2 to 10 business days.
High season such as promotions, Buen Fin, etc. can increase garment production times.

In some cases, we may require additional information to efficiently understand and resolve the user's concern. To facilitate this process, the user agrees to provide accurate measurements and relevant photographs related to the product or service in question.
Measurements and photographs provided by the user will be used solely for the purpose of evaluating and resolving the user's concern. We guarantee the confidentiality and security of this information in accordance with our privacy policy.

The user is responsible for providing accurate measurements, clear and relevant photographs that help identify and resolve the problem or concern. b. Failure to provide accurate and relevant measurements and photographs may impact our ability to effectively resolve the case.

Our customer service team is committed to carefully reviewing the measurements and photographs provided by the user. b. We will make every effort to resolve the case in a fair and timely manner and take necessary steps to ensure user satisfaction. *Acceptance of Policy a. By using our products/services, the user acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this case review policy.
